Our History: Four Generations of Serving People

Generations is owned and operated by the White family, who has been caring for seniors in Oregon since 1943.

Wendell White, Chairman of Generations, LLC, was raised by hisgrandparents in a small apartment attached to a nursing home they owned in Grants Pass, OR. Wendell adopted his grandparents' mission to provide better care for the elderly. Over the years, this dedication to seniors has expanded to his family.

Generations was formed in 1994 and includes Wendell White, his wife Betsy, and their children: Melody, Chip Gabriel, Robert, and Jennifer.

Since its beginning, Generations has grown in both service and reputation, with each community thriving under the leadership of this close‐knit family.

Generations works hard to ensure that each resident is treated with respect, dignity, and considerate and helpful service. Over the years, Generations has been nationally recognized for these efforts.
